Brayden Palmer and Barbara Hastings join The Creatives
The final cast for The Creatives has been finalised with the roles of David Turner and Wendy Matheson now filled.
In the role of David Turner, the overconfident intern at Whitman Marketing's biggest client, Phoenix Cologne is Brayden Palmer.
Brayden is an actor and writer based in Sydney. After winning the AAFTA Carmen Duncan Scholarship in 2019, he has worked on a number of upcoming productions including Rain Dance, We Kill Clowns, and Where There's Smoke, There's Fire - a short film which he also wrote, directed and produced.
Barbara Hastings will round out the cast of The Creatives in the role of reporter, Wendy Matheson.
As an actor, her feature film credits include Anne Sykes in the upcoming Australian romantic-comedy, Love You Like That, Margaret in On Halloween, Brooke in Blue World Order, Dr. Laura Watkins in Terminus, Kat’s Mom in Out of The Shadows and Janine in Christmas Down Under. She has also appeared in numerous online works and stage productions.
In addition to her acting, Barbara is also a sought-after dialect coach, who has worked on feature films such as Terminus and Blue World Order, and award-winning short films 12.12.12 and Collateral Damage.
