Further Casting News for The Creatives

In further news for The Creatives, Blue Sparrow Entertainment would like to announce the casting of several supporting roles within the film.


Amanda Marsden will step into the role of office 'busybody', Sue Murphy.


No stranger to the stage and screen, Amanda's most recent television credits include Bite Club, Deadly Women and A Place To Call Home. She has also delivered strong performances in countless theatrical productions including, Who's Afraid of the Working Class (Active Theatre), His Room (Tunks Productions) and Parramatta Girls (New Theatre).

In the role of Debra Price, will be the talented Annette van Roden. An actress and director herself, Annette could definitely be described as a 'creative' herself.


Her past television credits include Blue Murder: Killer Cop, Out of the Blue, Rescue: Special Ops and Rake. She has also appeared in numerous commercials and short films including Snatched Snaps (Winner: Best Film, Love Making Film Festival) and 3:!2 (Winner: Best Overall, COFA). Actively involved in community theatre both as an actor and director, Annette has played lead roles in The Addams Family Musical, Marat/Sade, Dangerous Liaisons, Stepping Out and Steaming. She also directed The Sum of Us, Proof, And Then There Were None, The Bible: The Complete Word of God (Abridged) and Calendar Girls.

Blue Sparrow's very own Community Outreach and Diversity Consultant, Lawrence Ola, will also join the cast in the role of Sebastian Maiava - Director for Phoenix Cologne, one of Marketing Whitman's biggest clients.


Lawrence is an actor, producer and budding songwriter, who is probably best known for his roles in commercials for Sleeping Duck Mattress, Step One and British Paints. Most recently, he also completed filming for a role in the feature film, This Little Love of Mine. In addition to his acting, Lawrence also writes songs under the moniker Bohifale.
